Our Guard

When we recruit and when we assign Security Officers to your contract, we can make sure they fulfill a number of complementary criteria. With rotas designed around your needs, we will make sure that, as well as fulfilling their Manned Guarding duties without compromising their vigilance and effectiveness; they take on a range of other duties - if that is what you want.

KFS Khmer Force Security is committed to the training and development of all tis Security Officers, its core staff, reserve staff and management; we actively encourage multi-skilling as part of each employee’s career development. This gives KFS Guards the flexibility to deal with every eventuality: unplanned operational peaks and troughs, unplanned absence and so on.
